What we’ll do – Izmir Photography Workshops

Master your camera and learn to capture stunning photos while exploring the most iconic places in the heart of Izmir. Guided by a professional photographer, this immensely enjoyable and informative tour will help you especially take control over your camera. While exploring various landmarks and beautiful scenes of the city.

Along the way, I will advice you on using your camera and also share creative photography techniques. While stopping at various points of interest including Konak Square and Clock Tower, Historical Asansor and Old Bazaar of Kemeralti to shoot some stunning landscapes and portraits. Seaside (Kordon) and Karsiyaka can be added to this list.

Tour includes :

• Three hours photography tour with an English speaker Pro Photographer in the heart of Izmir
• Expert advice on using your camera
• Use of selective focus for storytelling
• Capturing iconic landmarks.
• Creative photography techniques
• Learn the art of composition.
• Advice on lenses, equipment and more.

Through demonstration and a personalized photography practice, this course will help you develop essential photography skills. And learn how to use the manual settings of your DSLR or Digital camera. So you can achieve great photographs in any condition.

What else you should know – Izmir Photography Workshops

Look after your belongings and bring a light jacket with you in case it is windy. Water if you want and comfy shoes for walking.

Suitable for all types of digital cameras. From DSLRs, Mirrorless to Smartphones.

We met in front of the Clock Tower Than walked to the Kemeralti Bazaar and Kizlaragasi area, taking photos on the way. Kivanc gave us lots of useful advice in taking photos. I was just a beginner but he instructed me very kindly and his advice was really useful.

We had a great photo tour with Kivanc yesterday! Luckily we could even change the day because of bad weather conditions and rain. Thanks a lot for this offer! Kivanc was on time and very friendly and polite. We were a group of 5 adults with very different photography skills and knowledge. He explained many interesting facts and offered great background information . He gave us lots of opportunities to try out different settings not using the auto mode. We walked from Blue Mosque along the Divan Road. Than we ended at Grand Bazaar which was a good distance. Next time we would love to do the night tour with you!

Kivanc was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I would recommend this experience if you’re looking into learning more about photography. And also how to use a DSLR camera. It’s also worth noting that you should probably take this experience before venturing out into the city with your camera. For Istanbul of course… 🙂 Especially, if you’re not familiar with the settings as Kivanc will teach you how to properly use your camera to get the best possible shot. Yes it was cool!
